About CEIP
Who We Are
Circular Economy Innovation Partnership (CEIP) is an ecosystem builder. We promote circular economy business innovation and investment in Nigeria through research, advocacy and programme facilitation.
CEIP actively cultivates and champions innovative circular solutions in partnership with individuals, policymakers, businesses, investors and academia.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support the development of Nigeria’s immensely talented and committed circular economy entrepreneurs and professionals by connecting them with knowledge, networks and opportunities that give them the run-way to grow.
Our Vision
Our vision is for a thriving market of circular economy businesses in Nigeria, where trust, people development and locally-driven innovation are at the centre of its growth.
OUR CORE VALUES
CEIP believes in the principles of circularity, sustainability, collaboration, and ethical practices. This forms the basis of how we conduct ourselves and carry out our work.
We are dedicated to nurturing and expanding our community and programs with an unwavering commitment to these principles.
-
We live our circular values:
We make our operational decisions based on circular principles, articulated through the “R” Ladder. -
We are a trust-based organisation:
We practise being trustworthy and being trusting with each other, our clients and stakeholders. We define trust as being credible, reliable, intimate/discrete and other-focused. -
We make others great:
We seek to recognize and leverage the strengths of others and prioritise these above their weaknesses. We step into support where we have strengths and others are weak. We recognize our own weaknesses and seek the support of others to strengthen them. -
We are a learning organisation:
We are an organisation that demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and the personal and professional development of its members. We recognize, share and learn together from our mistakes. We encourage others to experiment and make mistakes with the goal of enabling learning. -
Where we have differences in work-style, communication and delivery, we assume the good intent of others:
That we have a shared desire to deliver projects according to their agreed outcomes. All conversations about differences start from this point.
